The employers of “Autosaobraćaj AD” are mainly
members of three unions: “Autosaobraćaj” Autonomous
Union, Independent Union of Workers and Union SIZAS.
AUTONOMOUS
UNION OF "AUTOSAOBRAĆAJ"
The
Autonomous Union of “Autosaobraćaj” Kragujevac
conducts activities for improving
conditions for work and life of the employers:

They
participated in the designing of new Collective Contract
-
They
have organized the summer vacation for employees at the
campsite Buljarica under vary favorable conditions
-
They
take care of employees’ departures to spa treatments
-
They
provide firewood for the employers
-
Under
very favorable conditions, they provide loans for clothes,
white goods, groceries
-
They
have been conducting an activity for fighting grey
economy, as well as series of other activities related to
the Union’s operations
-
They
organize the celebration of New Year’s Eve with
distributing presents for children, the celebration of
March 8th, Women Day, receptions for the
retired from the company etc.

INDEPENDET
UNION OF WORKERS
The
Autosaobraćaj Independent Union of Workers was
established in 1995 upon the initiative of a group of workers
and from the day of their establishment they have also been
members of the “Nezavisnost” United Branch Unions and
Branch Union of Public Traffic and Utility works.
“Nezavisnost” (“Independence”) is oriented toward
democratic society and Europe.
Fighting
the regime at that time, the Union took an active part in
protests organized by the “Nezavisnost” Union and
opposition at that time and they were entitled “The Fighting
Union”. As an active participant of democratic changes in
2000, led by new young people, the Union has become an
uncompromising fighter for workers’ rights.
With
a great support from the “Nezavisnost” Branch Union
of Public Traffic and Utility Works, led by Mr. Milan
Simić, the “Autosaobraćaj AD” Union has
established a contact with the CFDT Union from France,
through which the donation of 27 buses of city and
suburban type has been implemented. Thanks to this
donation, the company has been able to manage its
operations in a continuous and good quality manner. |

This way the Union has made
itself an equal partner to the employer and proved that
it can do a lot on resolving problems brought by the
transition and provide its members with a job and save
them from losing one.
